Neil has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry,
with a background in software development, business analysis,
solution design and project management.
Neil understands
the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships
with clients and has considerable
experience working
with users as well as technical and business management.
Enhancing
a skillset that includes design, development and management
of core business applications for small,
medium
and large clients,
Neil, importantly, understands the process from both the
business and technology perspectives.
Neil most recently led a team of 20 software developers,
and managed and significantly grew the software development
arm of
IT consultancy Intec Group.
Major
projects for Neil include design, development, project management
and account management for HSA Group’s
core business application, a client he as worked
with since January
2000.
Having retained this client on establishment of Yellow
Wig, Neil continues to lead projects for HSA and acts as
an invaluable
conduit between software developers, the client and the
end user.
Neil is skilled at steering projects from the initial business
case, through the requirements, design, development, change
management and implementation phases.
Neil has also led major IT projects for Fisheries WA, SunWater,
